I believe all tests are flawed but I'll look at it after I take a nap, I feel better about the world then. :-)
Mine was 140 but some of the questions were a little too specific.
Seems fair though.

But like I said, it's a flawed test. In part because of what Hammer said, and in part because we all handle each situation and person the best we can and they all vary.
What the heck, 20 years I would have gotten a very low score. Now I relate good to other good relator's.
For example…."You find yourself bored at work and really hating your job, even though it pays great."
In the first place I don’t get bored at work, I get irritated because of the way they do things though.

Yup, something like, “This is really stupid, you’re not doing this right, here is how it should be done.”. LOL
But really, the last people that I quit, and they didn’t want me to, ended up going out of business. Those business monkeys just never listen to me. :-)

OK...It's only a joke anyway, these tests. It is as Hammer says...always some questions are too specific. None of the answers suit in a way and you only have to choose one of those that are there.
