Det er utrolig irriterende, som medlem og aktie-ejer, at man får skemaer hvor det forventes at vi svarer på for at opnå en bedre forretningskede og service.
Når så det er gjort, så bliver man pålagt at købe en vare man ikke trænger. (næsten gratis)
Jeg var i den situation den 1.Maj 2017. . . 2.Maj fik jeg en telefon hvor de mente at jeg burde bestille 2 ~ TO~ varer. I det øjeblikket afbestilte jeg også den første ordre.
Den 3. Maj oplever jeg at de ikke accepterer afbestillingen og trækker alligevel penge fra min konto og afsender produktet.
Endda jeg sendte et brev til COOP's hovedkontor om situationen den 2.Maj, og bad om at krav på dette produkt IKKE skulle accepteres. Det blev heller ikke acceptert!!!
Så i fremtiden accepterer jeg INGEN spørre-skemaer i min e-mail.
Nedenfor kan I se forløbet av brev-veksling, som en advarsel til alle andre medlemmer.
IKKE SVAR PÅ NOGEN SPØRGE-SKEMAER SOM KOMMER I POSTEN. Hvis de vil at medlemmene skal svare på noget, så skal skemaet komme som vanlig post eller fra forretningen hvor det også skal afleveres.
