Well, if you need a diet... Okay.

But I've never needed one. Hey, look, a candy bar. Yum, yum.

Life is good with chocolet.

He, he, he.

Billy... I don't care ONLY about myself. At the time, I work inside health-care and I can see that OTHER people than me feel uncomfortable in their own body, have problem with dieting and loosing weight, don't like sport and feel embarrassed because they don't go to training.
This diet works, even if you don't do sport...although it helps and makes the weightloss go faster.
Usually, people start doing some light sporting AFTER they have started the diet and experience that they actually are loosing weight.
As I am writing, I have a cup of tea and a chocolate bar.
Have a nice day.

I wasn't knocking the diet, only saying that I've never needed one. For one thing I stay pretty active and work off what I eat. And I don't eat much anyway.

But some people are so weak willed that they just eat and eat and eat.

Just saying is all. ...............

Thanks for the tips. What would really be interesting are some Egyptian recipes.

hi Kirsten, thanks

I am trying to diet.

I see BBC is also here knocking on fat people just like at Hammer's blog.

I wonder if he knows it is not "weak will" and is usually depression that makes people eat and eat and eat?

just saying...........

but anyway, i wanted to comment that I was thanking you for the tip. an then I see more negativity from him.

well, he is old, maybe that is what old people do.

just saying........

Infinitesimal said...

actually, that was kind of harsh,

it IS a matter of willpower

but there is a large part to do with depression and obesity

did not mean to be mean

maybe i need a chocolate bar!!!!!

I may be the most misunderstood man on the planet. Yes I knock FAT people, that is not the same as big people.

I serve people that are on welfare at the Friendship dinners. They weigh well over two hundred pounds and come back for thirds.

Their guts hang down to their crouch. Now tell me you like to see people like that. Or pay taxes to support them.

Kirsten N. Namskau said...

BBC: That's why I support diet.

Infinitesimal: You can use tofu sausage or any vegetarian sausage.
Here in Egypt we have a very nice vegetarian sausage called "mombar."

OK I am going to try maybe this week but... i HATE beets, they make me sick and it has been this way since i was a child. what about turnip or brussels sprouts instead? kale/ collard greens? as a substitute?

can i have mustard or mayo in with the tuna?

Kirsten N. Namskau said...

infinitesimal: No, you can not substitute the beets and no majo with the tuna. You can use a small teaspoon with mustard.
Remember you have to use the diet for several weeks but only 3 days pr.week
